LOCATION: Hybrid 2 days and 3 days onsite Lewes BN8 4EF

SALARY: £35,000 to £38,000

HOURS: Monday – Friday 37 hours

What You’ll Do:

 

As a People Advisor, you’ll provide expert guidance to managers and colleagues, support key change initiatives, and ensure smooth people processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Offering HR advice across the colleague lifecycle
  • Managing colleague relations, performance, and absence
  • Supporting People projects and policy development
  • Overseeing People administration and data management

What You Bring:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • CIPD qualification Level 5
  • Strong communication, organisation, and HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A proactive, positive attitude with attention to detail

Other useful skills and experience:

  • Experience in an educational, residential, or health setting
