Join us as our Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager and play a key role in transforming the lives of children and young people with complex neurological disabilities.

 

       LOCATION: Hybrid/ Onsite BN8 4EF*

       SALARY: £35,000- £40,000*

       HOURS: 37 hours*

       Monday – Friday + Some weekend and evenings*

What you’ll be doing:

 

As the driving force behind Chailey Heritage Foundation corporate and major donor strategy, you'll:

  • Help shape ambitious targets and strategies.
  • Secure financial and in-kind support from corporate partners and major donors.
  • Build a robust pipeline of corporate and major donor prospects
  • Identify new opportunities through research and networking.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners.
  • Lead high-profile events and create memorable experiences that deepen donor engagement.

 

What you bring to the table:

 

Skills and Experience:

We need someone who can think big and act boldly:

  • A track record of securing high-value donations and managing six-figure income targets.
  • Experience of managing a six figure income target and developing fundraising strategies and plans
  • Exceptional networking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience creating innovative fundraising strategies and bespoke stewardship plans.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver results.
  • Able to work occasional evenings and weekends, which will be recompensated.

Other useful skills and experience:

  • Member of the Institute of Fundraising
  • Working with a CRM database
