Learning and Development Consultant
At Chailey Heritage Foundation, we’re on an exciting journey to empower our teams through impactful learning and development initiatives, and we’re looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join us on this mission.
We’re a team within a busy and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering learning experiences that enhance the skills and capabilities of our colleagues. You’ll collaborate across teams to identify training needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver engaging programs, including initiatives to empower people managers and foster a culture of growth.

LOCATION: Hybrid, typically 3 days onsite at BN8 4EF
SALARY: Competitive, DOE
HOURS: 37 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (4.30 finish on Fridays)

About You
- You will bring current expertise in Learning & Development, with practical experience in designing and delivering a range of impactful learning solutions. Ideally, you’ll hold a CIPD/CITP qualification or equivalent, or be willing to work towards one. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges
- Your strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from identifying training needs to delivering engaging learning programs. With a digital-first mindset, you have experience creating and managing content for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and are confident in using digital tools to enhance learning experiences
- You are solutions-focused, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Whether it’s coaching individuals or facilitating group sessions, you bring energy, creativity, and a drive to empower colleagues to reach their full potential.
