If so, we’re looking for you to join our team as an Executive Personal Assistant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and enabling success at the highest level of our organisation.

 

Location: Hybrid, BN8 4EF

Salary: £35,000- £40,000 DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

 

About the Role 

 

As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level, confidential, and professional administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Acting as a key liaison, you will ensure seamless communication, manage complex schedules, and coordinate key projects to help the CEO and the broader organisation operate efficiently.

What You’ll Do 

  • Diary and Schedule Management: Oversee the CEO’s calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to maximize productivity.
  • Executive Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.
  • Project Coordination: Support organisational projects by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organise agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points from key meetings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with the CEO’s priorities.

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience: Proven success as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience drafting professional documents and correspondence.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactivity: A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Qualifications: GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent); project management qualifications are desirable.
